2. What data we collect and why

We do not make automated decisions with legal effects about you.
3. Who processes your data for us
We only share your data with providers that help us run the store, under data processing agreements:
- Shopify (online store, checkout and hosting; Shopify International Ltd., Ireland).
- Klaviyo (emails, newsletter and "notify me"; Klaviyo, Inc., USA).
- Payment providers shown at checkout (for example Shopify Payments, PayPal or Klarna).
- Shipping carriers, only the data needed to deliver your order.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. How long we keep your data
- Orders and invoices: for as long as required by tax and commercial law (up to 6 years).
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- "Notify me": until the product is available and up to 12 months after, or until you unsubscribe.
- Messages: up to 1 year after your request has been resolved.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, rectify or erase your data, to object to or restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@laudatibrand.com. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
6. Cookies
We use the cookies needed for the store to work. Analytics and marketing cookies are only used if you accept them in the cookie banner, where you can also change your choice.
7. Minors
You must be at least 14 years old to give us your data. If you are younger, ask your parents or guardians.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.

No tomamos decisiones automatizadas con efectos jurídicos sobre ti.
3. Quién trata tus datos por nosotros
Solo compartimos tus datos con los proveedores que nos ayudan a llevar la tienda, con contratos de encargo de tratamiento:
- Shopify (tienda online, checkout y alojamiento; Shopify International Ltd., Irlanda).
- Klaviyo (emails, newsletter y "notify me"; Klaviyo, Inc., EE. UU.).
- Proveedores de pago que aparecen en el checkout (por ejemplo Shopify Payments, PayPal o Klarna).
- Transportistas, solo con los datos necesarios para entregar tu pedido.
Algunos de estos proveedores pueden tratar datos fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo. En ese caso, la transferencia está amparada por el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE–EE. UU. o por las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea.
4. Cuánto tiempo guardamos tus datos
- Pedidos y facturas: el tiempo que exige la normativa fiscal y mercantil (hasta 6 años).
- Newsletter: hasta que te des de baja.
- "Notify me": hasta que el producto esté disponible y hasta 12 meses después, o hasta que te des de baja.
- Mensajes: hasta 1 año después de resolver tu consulta.
5. Tus derechos
Puedes pedir el acceso, la rectificación o la supresión de tus datos, oponerte a su tratamiento o pedir su limitación, recibirlos en un formato portable y retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento. Escríbenos a info@laudatibrand.com. Si crees que no hemos tratado bien tus datos, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
6. Cookies
Usamos las cookies necesarias para que la tienda funcione. Las cookies de analítica y marketing solo se usan si las aceptas en el banner de cookies, donde también puedes cambiar tu elección.
7. Menores
Debes tener al menos 14 años para darnos tus datos. Si eres menor, pídeselo a tus padres o tutores.
8. Cambios
Si cambiamos esta política, publicaremos la nueva versión en esta página con su fecha.
